Heather started her real estate career in North Carolina in 2000 and went on to earn her broker associate license there before adding a Florida sales associate license to her background. Along the way she also went back to school, earned her nursing degree, and became a registered nurse — a steady, detail-driven mindset that carries straight into how she manages contracts, deadlines, and her clients’ peace of mind.
After several moves with her military family, Heather and her husband settled in Citrus County in 2020. Having relocated more than once herself, she understands exactly what it feels like to start over somewhere new — and she brings that empathy to every first-time buyer, veteran, retiree, and relocating family she works with across the Nature Coast.
